Practice Practice is a nourishing, experiential workshop designed to help you build tools that support your own personal wellness practice—both on and off the mat. This class offers a gentle yet powerful blend of mind-body techniques to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and create greater self-awareness.
Participants will be guided through a variety of accessible practices, including qigong, conscious breathwork, meditation, Sanskrit mantra chanting, restorative yoga, mindful movement, and reflective journaling. Each practice is introduced in a way that allows you to explore what resonates most and learn how to incorporate these tools into your daily life.
