Join Meghan Hartwell for an evening designed to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and guide the body into deep relaxation through gentle restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra meditation.
This soothing candlelit experience begins with fully supported restorative yoga poses that encourage the body to soften, release tension, and slow down. The evening will conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation — often referred to as “yogic sleep” — designed to bring you into a deeply restful and meditative state.
This class is ideal for anyone feeling overstimulated, mentally exhausted, emotionally drained, or simply needing space to pause and reset.
You will leave feeling grounded, rested, and restored.
