Introspective Breathwork® is a trauma-informed, client-led practice that supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper self-awareness. Each 90-minute session offers a supportive space to unwind stress, explore presence, and rediscover the joy and clarity that already live within you.

With guided breathwork, reflection, and space for integration, you’ll leave each class grounded, open, and more connected to yourself.
Participants are encouraged to bring a journal and water. Group size is limited to 10 for a safe, personal experience.
