  • Meghan Hartwell

    Meghan is a compassionate yoga teacher dedicated to creating balance on and off the mat. Certified by the Yoga Alliance in 2022, she blends yoga philosophy, breathwork, anatomy, and meditation to help students heal physically and emotionally, alleviating stress and finding calm in chaos. As a Reiki Level 1 practitioner, Meghan incorporates energy healing, tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, acupressure, and guided meditations into her classes. She specializes in Restorative, Yin, Hatha, Yoga Nidra, and Beginner’s Yoga.

  • Sarah MacKenzie

    Sarah is a 300 hour yoga teacher specializing in prenatal and restorative yoga, with over a decade of experience teaching prenatal yoga on Cape Cod and at a renowned wellness center in Ontario, Canada. Her own transformative prenatal practice during pregnancy deepened her connection to her baby and inspired her to empower others through yoga and natural childbirth workshops. Sarah is also a reiki master, feng shui designer, and mom of two.

  • Lianna Rose

    Lianna found yoga as a teen, and is now an E-RYT 200, becoming certified through South Boston Yoga in 2012, and forever a student. She is a Reiki level II practicioner, Nordic Walking United guide and Textile Designer for people of all ages, encouraging a lifestyle of mindful movement, connection to nature and community, and comfortability with true being, weaving these themes into classes. Living off-grid high in the Rocky Mountains as a new Mom allowed her to cultivate a reborn connection to the natural and spiritual universe with pure freedom in a way that many modern places do not allow. She practices yoga outdoors year round, often on her paddle board, and teaches kids and family yoga. Her biggest joy in teaching is seeing people of all ages try yoga and how the practice manifests in them over time, while encouraging each student to customize their practice to how they are feeling in each moment, honoring their unique body

  • Amber Gregory

    Amber Gregory (E-RYT 500, YACEP, Reiki Level 2) owns and founded amberbyoga and the Wild Hearts Yoga School (RYS 200). She is a feature writer in the book, "Structure and Spirit-Moving Smarter On and Off the Mat," and a featured yoga teacher on the podcast, "Thriving in Chaos: Ep.34: "It is not about finding inner peace. It is about being at peace with what you find," a featured guest on the Collective Co. Podcast, Ep. 49, and a lead trainer and Ayurveda Coach. 

    Amber is a 15-year survivor of stage 3 breast cancer. Through the Wild Hearts Yoga School, she awards an annual cancer scholarship to a deserving recipient during her yoga teacher training in memory of her colleague and friend, Stacey Hugues.  She lives in Marshfield Hills, Massachusetts with her husband, 13-year-old daughter, 11-year-old son, and her new Golden Retriever Puppy, Winter.

    Kaylee is a dedicated yoga instructor who brings a deep commitment to fostering connection and awareness in her classes. Her teaching approach emphasizes the power of mindfulness, breathwork, and thoughtful movement. She completed her 200-hour YTT through Open Doors Yoga Studios, and she can’t wait to empower you on your wellness journey!

  • Christena Gilpin

    Christena Gilpin

    Christena is a Registered Nurse and certified Mat Pilates instructor who is passionate about health and wellness. She combines her medical knowledge with a love for movement to take a holistic approach to well-being, focusing on strength, flexibility, and emotional balance. Inspired by her own personal pilates journey, she pursued formal training, earning her Mat certification in 2023 from Balance Point Pilates in Halifax and gaining national certification through the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP).

    Christena leads every class with compassion and professionalism, creating a supportive environment where people can grow physically, emotionally, and mentally. She’s excited to help you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.
